Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has opportunities for  civilian Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA. This position provides Labor and Delivery nursing services in support of patient care and treatment.  This contract position offers:


  • Two weeks paid time off
  • 40 hours per week
  • 10 paid Federal Holidays

Job Requirements:

The Labor and Delivery RN will have the following requirements:


  • Must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university; and/or graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) School.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Have and maintain a current and valid state license (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) to practice as a Registered Nurse in one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Minnimum of 24 months experience, within the last 36 months in Obstetrical Nurse, Nursey, Labor & Delivery and Post Partum
  • Must have and maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association
  • Must have and maintain current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) by the Acmerican Academy of Pediatrics.
