    Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Part-time Medical Administrative Support Staff to support Federal Occupational Health (FOH) clinic at U.S. Geological Survey National Center in Reston, VA.


    This position offers: 

    • Monday and Thursday, 7:30a-4:00p 
    • Option to pick up additional shifts
    • No weekends or holidays
    • Opportunity to care for federal employees in a highly sought after work setting


    • Checking in patients at the front desk
    • Answering the phone
    • Scheduling patients for the proper appointment
    • Interviewing patients for case histories in advance of appointments
    • Compiling medical records and charts
    • Operating computer software and office equipment
    • Transferring lab results to the appropriate clinician
    • Maintaining supplies and appearance for the office

    Job Requirements:

    • High school diploma, Medical Assisting Certification
    • 2 years data entry experience
    • 1 year experience in medical office setting
    • Must have current CPR/AED certification
    • Must demonstrate through CV/resume, fast and accurate data entry skills
    • Must be a U.S citizen
