Position Details:

 

  • Manageable Caseload: Thrive in your role with an average of four to five patients per day, allowing you to give each individual the attention they deserve.
  • Patient Profile: Provide support to active-duty individuals aged 18 and over, focusing on those with moderate to high-risk needs.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the flexibility of appointment times, with some slots offering up to 1.5 hours to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Efficient Admin Time: Spend more time with your patients and less on paperwork, with typical follow-up appointments lasting 45 minutes and only 15 minutes dedicated to administrative tasks.
  • Professional Development: Enhance your skills and knowledge with monthly training days, fostering continuous growth in your career.

 

 Position Requirements:

 

  • State License: Hold a clinical Social Worker license from any U.S. state, providing you with the freedom to practice in paradise.
  • Experience:  Leverage your 2 years of experience to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients.
  • Education: Whether you hold a Doctorate or Master's degree, your expertise is valued here.
