Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at the Grand Forks Air Force Base in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

This is a great opportunity for an LCSW who has experience providing counseling and resources to assist patients in obtaining quality care. This rewarding position offers a chance to better address behavioral and physical health concerns of service members, family members, and retirees by increasing access to primary care/behavioral health services to the Active Duty and families and to take an active role in supporting our nation's military. This position offers competitive compensation, paid time off, and full benefits. 

Position Highlights:

• Full Time Opportunity | 40 hours per week
• Three days in office - 2 days virtual
• Primary Care Clinic
• Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• No night, weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities!
• 11 paid federal holidays per year
• Opportunity to provide healthcare services to the Military and their Families

Position Requirements:

• Any active state LCSW license
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association 
• Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited graduate school of social work
• Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• Must have at least 3 years of experience (in the last four years) working as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker evaluating and treating patients 
• Prior active duty experience OR experience working with military personnel or beneficiaries is preferred
• Prior training or experience as a behavioral health provider integrated into a PCMH setting is preferred
