Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Full-time Case Manager RN at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Washington.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree of Nursing. Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working as a registered nurse in the case management field
- Licensure: Maintain a current, unrestricted RN license in WA or compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
Responsibilities:
- Find the most appropriate medical resources and providing optimal care for the patient
- Handle case assignments, review case progress, and determine case closure
- Help clients achieve wellness and autonomy
- Interact with clients and develop effective working relations with medical team
- Help clients with continuity of care for specialty services and home health needs
