About Us: Spectrum Healthcare Resources is a leading provider of healthcare services, committed to delivering exceptional care to our nation's military personnel and their families. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska.

Position Overview: As a Radiologic Technologist with Spectrum Healthcare Resources, you will play a crucial role in providing quality diagnostic imaging services to our military community. The ideal candidate will be a certified professional with experience in performing diagnostic radiological procedures and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine diagnostic radiological procedures/services as appropriate to the TO (Task Order).
• Adhere to radiation safety policies and procedures in accordance with Radiology Department policies and procedures.
• Send appropriate image series to the radiologist for reading according to MTF (Medical Treatment Facility) protocol.
• Correctly position the patient for the examination and make technical adjustments necessary for the required examination.
• Determine if any special patient preparation is required for procedures.
• Process digital images and submit for interpretation by radiologists.

Requirements:

• Certificate from an academic program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Minimum of one year of experience as a radiologic technologist or in the specialty area identified in the Task Order.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
