Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian LPN/LVN Family Medicine at the United States Naval Hospital in Guam.
This contract position offers:
- Monday - Friday 7:30a.m-4:00 p.m
- Paid Time Off and 10 Paid Holidays
- No weekends or on-call responsibilities!

- This is a permanent position, not a travel contract
Responsibilities:
- Check patients into the clinic and triage using clinic guidelines. Inform the nurse, physician assistant, or physician of the patient's condition and potential problems.
- Assist the physician in a variety of diagnostic and procedural examinations by preparing, positioning and monitoring patients, and setting out and handling instruments and equipment.
- Prepare, start, monitor, and discontinue intravenous fluids with accuracy and in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform a full range of diagnostic support duties which include taking vital signs, collecting specimens, obtaining, recording, and tracking results of diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university or vocational nursing program
- One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation
- Licensure: Current, full, active and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse.
- BLS required through the AHA or American Red Cross
