Registered Nurse-Cardiology

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Registered Nurse-Cardiology at Eglin Air Force Base in Valparaiso, FL.

RN Position Details: Ind.Nurse

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9 hour shifts
• No Weekend OR On-Call responsibilities!
• Any State License Accepted
• Opportunity to provide care for Active Duty Military and their dependents

 Position Qualifications:

• BSN Preferred – AND (Associate Degree of Nursing) may be considered. Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
• 3 Years minimum of Cardiology RN exp. required
• BLS Certifications and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.

RN Core Duties:

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness. Restocks exam/treatment/procedure rooms with adequate supplies.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all

established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.

• Perform physical exam and health histories. Provide health promotions, counseling, and education. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions
