Requirements:

*  Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a Occupational Health or related experience such as public health/community health, outpatient clinic, school nursing, or physician office

* Have and maintain a valid, unrestricted LPN/LVN state license in any state in  

  the United States, District of Columbia or the territory of Puerto Rico.

* Current BLS/CPR (with AED) certification
