Charge Nurse (RN)-Primary Care

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Primary Care-Charge Nurse at Dumfries Health Center in Dumfries, Virginia.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient environment 
• No holiday, weekend, or on-call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling; 40 hours/week (Clinic is open M-F 7AM-8PM)
• Saturday (flex schedule 7-1pm)
• Active and retired military patient population
• Competitive salary with full complement of benefits 

Essential Functions:

• Run the day-to-day activities of the primary care clinic
• Critically problem solve and prioritize care, complete daily assignments, and monthly schedules
• Assist with triaging patients over the phone
• Complete end-of-the-month reports

Requirements:

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active RN License
• 2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital setting required (primary care nursing experience preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• US citizen
