Job Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Degree: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (NLNAC or CCNE).
• Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS Certification: Must be current and from the American Heart Association.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and facilitate the achievement of optimal clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and guidelines within the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
• Perform physical exams, provide health counseling, and administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Recognize adverse signs and symptoms, react swiftly in emergencies, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Conduct patient referrals and arrange for specialty care, as well as participate in clinical research to support improved practice and outcomes.
