About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation to a diverse population. You will be integral in supporting mental health resilience and readiness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
- Internship/Residency:
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship in psychology.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years full-time, post-licensure treatment experience.
- Experience in behavioral interventions, crisis management, public speaking, and case management.
- Recent clinical peer reviews (within the past 2 years).
- Licensure:
- Active, unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any U.S. state or territory.
- Certification:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Skills:
- Independent practice without supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with military culture is a plus.
Core Duties:
- Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, psychological tests, and collateral information.
- Provide individual and group therapy for medical and surgical patients.
- Establish psychiatric diagnoses based on DSM criteria.
- Develop and present training and briefings for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Army, DHA, and Combatant Command policies on deployment assessments.
