Respiratory Therapist

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking dedicated Respiratory Therapists to join our team in Long Beach, CA. This position offers a stable schedule with opportunities for both day and night shifts, providing a balanced work-life environment. Position Highlights:

• Full-time position: 36 hours/week (3 shifts of 12 hours each)
• Shifts Available: Both day and night shifts

Position Requirements:

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Education: Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Certification: Possession of CRT or RRT Certification.
• Experience: At least one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) & ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with acute or chronic respiratory conditions.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as spirometry and blood gas analysis.
• Manage and operate various respiratory equipment (ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP machines).
• Monitor patient physiological responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
