Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care in collaboration with various healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and medical guidelines to maintain high standards of care
  • Perform physical exams and health histories with attention to detail
  • Provide health promotion, counseling, and patient education
  • Administer medications, wound care treatments, and other personalized interventions
  • Supervise and clinically direct care provided by other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

  • Active RN License in any U.S. state
  • Wound care experience preferred
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced medical setting
