Systems Support Specialist

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time remote Provider Systems Support Specialist at TriWest Healthcare Alliance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Triage and respond to inbound provider support requests

• Make outbound calls to providers addressing navigation issues

• Provide step-by-step system guidance and education

• Conduct root cause analysis and escalate issues appropriately

• Utilize de-escalation techniques to ensure positive provider experiences

• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions

• Stay current with platform updates and features

• Track and report on all identified issues until resolution

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• U.S. Citizenship

• Ability to obtain favorable DoD background investigation (interim and final)

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service, medical office, or contact center

• Technology proficient with ability to navigate multiple systems and work independently

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

• Preferred: Experience with provider systems application support
