Position Responsibilities:
Triage and respond to inbound provider support requests
Make outbound calls to providers addressing navigation issues
Provide step-by-step system guidance and education
Conduct root cause analysis and escalate issues appropriately
Utilize de-escalation techniques to ensure positive provider experiences
Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
Stay current with platform updates and features
Track and report on all identified issues until resolution
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain favorable DoD background investigation (interim and final)
2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service, medical office, or contact center
Technology proficient with ability to navigate multiple systems and work independently
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Preferred: Experience with provider systems application support
