RN - Emergency Room

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential exciting opportunity for a Registered Emergency Room Nurse (RN) at Fort Cavazos, a major U.S. Army installation in Texas. Job Responsibilities May Include:

• Triage and provide direct care to patients with urgent and emergency medical conditions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure effective patient outcomes

• Perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations in a fast-paced ER environment

• Document care in accordance with hospital standards and protocols

• Educate patients and families on post-care and discharge instructions

Qualifications:

✅ Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state
✅ Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (within the last 3 years)
✅ Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)
✅ Strong clinical skills and critical thinking under pressure
✅ U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
