🧰 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures

• Assist surgical teams with procedures including handing instruments and ensuring sterile environments

• Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and organized

• Adhere to infection control protocols and surgical best practices

• Provide critical support during emergency surgeries and routine procedures

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a Surgical Technician program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA (required)

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in a hospital operating room or surgical center

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a government background check
