Medical Supply Technician

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential need for a Medical Supply Technician at the Palo Alto VAMC in California.

Qualifications:

• Ablity to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
• Ongoing competency, skills, certification related to the provision of services performed
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experince in a similar role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inventory: Pulling, replenishing, monitoring stock levels (including expiration
  dates and critical supplies), and conducting daily inventory using barcoding.
• Distribution: Distributing supplies based on requirements and delivering them in a timely
  and functional condition.
• Customer interaction: Providing information to customers and addressing any concerns.
• Preparation and cleaning: Preparing specialty carts and cleaning assigned areas
  according to aseptic principles.
• Receiving: Receiving supplies into the medical center.

Rate:

• $39-$48/hr
