LVN - Medsurg

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a Potential Opportunity for a  Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support the Medical or Surgical Inpatient Units at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX.

🔍 Key Requirements:

• Certification: Must have current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• Experience: 1+ year of recent full-time LVN experience in a Medical or Surgical unit within the last 2 years

• Skills:

  • Proficient in neurovascular assessments, tracheostomy care, and chest tube care

  • Must have telemetry experience and pass BAMC’s annual Cardiac Telemetry Test
