Job Requirements:

• Pharm D ASHP accredited post-graduate year one residency training program with Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) board certification
• Any State License
• 2 years of recent hospital clinical experience (must be withn the past 2 years of post-grad/training)
• BLS, ACLS
