Job Requirements:
- Nevada State License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Degree/Education: Must hold a doctoral degree in a relevant field, Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.). For D.C. candidates, the degree must be from a Doctor of Chiropractic program accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE)
- Candidate must have successfully completed a residency program in Family Medicine, Anesthesiology, Neurology, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
- The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time clinical experience in their respective field within the last five years. This must include at least two (2) years of documented clinical experience applying the integrative medicine modalities for which they are trained and/or certified. For M.D. and D.O. candidates, this
experience must also include demonstrated proficiency in myofascial techniques and other integrative therapies such as trigger point injections and acupuncture. - Board Certification: board-certified specialist (in anesthesiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or neurology) with fellowship training in diagnosing, managing, and treating acute and chronic pain.
