Position Requirements:

• Texas State License
• Board Certification - American Board of Family Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine
• Family Medicine Residency
• Possess a minimum of 2 year of post-residency clinical experience within the last 3 years providing direct patient care in Internal Medicine
• DEA and Controlled Substance License
• Current BLS, ACLS
