What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct, personalized patient care in a supportive setting.
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and create tailored care plans that meet individual patient needs.
- Administer medications and carry out therapeutic treatments to promote recovery and wellness.
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
- Educate patients on preventive care and healthy living strategies to empower them in their wellness journey.
- Keep detailed, accurate patient records to ensure seamless care delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Dakota.
- BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on the role).
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.
Your Experience:
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in an Outpatient, Ambulatory or primary care setting.
- Knowledge of electronic health records for efficient patient management.
- Experience in military healthcare is a plus but not required.
