Program Manager

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting potential opportunity for a civilian Remote Program Manager at the U.S. Army Recruiting Division in Ft. Knox, TN. This position will allow conduct behavioral consults of Army applicants by performing a thorough psychological assessment for suitability and provide recommendations.

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing, staffing, overseeing and completing the same or similar in nature of work. 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a contract manager

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • Solid understanding of Marine Corps culture, VA systems, and non-medical case management principles.
