Dental Assistant

This contract position offers:

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 7:15am - 3:15pm

Position Requirements:

• Education: Hold a Certificate or Associate Degree in dental assisting, obtained from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA), with at least 12 months of experience within the last 36 months.
• Military expertise: Successful completion of a military Red Cross dental assistant program or a military dental technician or dental assistant school.
• Radiographic proficiency: All training must have included a course in radiation physics; radiation biology; radiation health, safety, and protection; X-ray films and radiographic film quality; radiographic techniques; darkroom and processing techniques; film mounting; and digital radiographic processing techniques.
• Experience: Demonstrate your prowess with 1 year of Full-Time experience as a Dental Assistant post-graduation.  
• Certification: Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, ensuring you're equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
