Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Clinical Psychologist-Post Deployment Health Reassessment (PDRHRA) at Jacksonville Naval in Jacksonville, FL.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (APA required)
- Successful completion from an internship in Psychology (APA required)
- BLS Certification from AHA Required.
- Have a minimum of one year experience in an independent practice of clinical psychology in a mental health setting working with an adult population
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any State
Duties:
- Provide deployment health screening services to all service members
- Participate in outreach of PDRHRA programs
- Screen patients, provide treatment when appropriate, educate returning units on availability of service and coordinate follow up care
- Communicate with Line Commanders to make them aware of the clinic and clarify who is eligible to receive services
- Participate in educational sessions for returning Units on deployment on realities of readjusting to life following deployment
- Ensure all service members that require follow up appointments have them before leaving Deployment Clinic
- Emphasis on treating mental health for post-traumatic stress disorders and other combat related psych symptoms
- May be required to travel within a 50 mile radius of the hospital for temporary service at clinics or off site trainings
