Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to support the Trainee Health Squadron at Reid Medical Clinic.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No nights, weekends, or federal holidays

• Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship

• High School Diploma or GED

• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands-on training)

• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

• Ability to manage patient scheduling and administrative records

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling systems

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits

• Assist with patient registration and clinic coordination

• Maintain accurate records and prepare documents

• Support communication between clinics and training squadrons
