Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor – Workers’ Compensation   Join Spectrum Healthcare Resources as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (RC) with the Department of Labor. Be a crucial support in fostering resilience and transformation.   These services will be in support of the United States (U.S.) Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation (OWCP) and the Division of Federal Employees’ Compensation (DFEC). RCs will be expected to manage injured workers cases in person and telephonically in their assigned area.    Position Details: - Provide vocational counseling and guidance to individuals disabled under FECA.
