Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Ultrasound Technician Supervisor at the Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV.   Position Highlights: - Schedule: 8, 10, and 12 hours shifts. - Typically, Monday through Friday, day shifts. - Will occasionally work evenings, overnights and weekends. - Employee status | medical, dental, vision, 401K & direct deposit Position Requirements:  - Graduation from a radiologic technologist-training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiological Education (JCERT). An associate’s degree or higher in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography field is highly desired. -  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Computer-based training does not fulfill this requirement. Certification must be maintained at no cost to the government. - At least one (1) year of experience in mammography, including performing tomography mammograms, is required. Experience must include the required performance of 200 exams within the last two (2) years.
