We specialize in providing skilled professionals to support various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and research laboratories.   Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Physical Science Technician to join our team at Spectrum Healthcare Resources. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations by preparing solutions, performing reliability testing, and operating laboratory instrumentation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of scientific research and healthcare innovation.   Qualifications: - Successful completion of 2 years of study that included at least 12 semester hours in any combination of courses such as physical science or any branch of mathematics, except financial and commercial mathematics. OR - Combination of Education and Experience: Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be combined to meet the total qualification requirement. Job Duties: - Prepare routine solutions and reagents for laboratory experiments. - Perform reliability testing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of laboratory procedures. - Prepare internal standard, calibrate, and quality control solutions to maintain the accuracy of laboratory instruments. - Operate laboratory instrumentation for data collection in support of performance verification, method validation, and reference material verification. - Perform qualitative and quantitative method validations to ensure the reliability of analytical procedures. Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing laboratory tasks. - Proficiency in operating laboratory instrumentation and conducting laboratory experiments. - Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with quality assurance guidelines. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
